Villa Seline is a four-bedroom villa with a prime position in the luxurious Vale do Lobo resort, benefiting from superb views of the ocean and a natural seascape.

The location of this villa is also fantastic as it is only a short stroll from the Vale do Lobo beach and from the “praça” where a wide choice of bars and restaurants are located.

Set in a high position, offering great views but also privacy for sunbathing and relaxing around the pool (9 x 7 metres)or on the top floor terrace.

On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, an open plan living/dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom and on the first floor, there are a further two bedrooms.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob, oven, toaster, kettle and microwave.

The comfortable living/dining room has a few steps separating both areas and is equipped with a large flat-screen TV with two different TV channel system, one mainly for English spoken channels and another one mainly for Dutch spoken channels. From here sliding windows lead to the pool terrace and garden.

Still on the ground floor, there are two bedrooms that share a bathroom: one is a small twin bedroom and the other is a double bedroom. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms both en-suite: one is the double master bedroom with a terrace with fantastic ocean views and the other bedroom is a twin.

On the exterior of the house, there is a large and well-kept garden facing the ocean with palm trees and also an infinity design swimming pool which measures approximately 7m x 9m and can be heated upon request.
