Description:Villa Mia is in a prime area between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo and adjacent to the fabulous Ancão beach.

The villa is equipped with 3 large flat screen TV’s providing SKY and Lazer and all sport and BBC channels.
Beautifully appointed kitchen with ‘Miele’ appliances. Indoor dining for 10- 12 people. Large comfortable lounge with doors to south facing, sun terraces and heated pool.
Statement entrance hall with charming antique entrance door in contrast to modern contemporary interior. All bedrooms have good quality Relyon pocketed sprung beds and linen and all rooms with air conditioning. There are 3 Super King Size bedrooms and a twin that can be made up as a Super King Size bed, in addition the bedrooms are equipped “Purlex” haidryers.
In the downstairs zone there is a great cinema room with sound system, a large well-equipped children’s play room with extensive range of toys, snooker table, tennis table, books, games etc. Plus a separate bedroom with 2 large twin bunks and a separate shower room.
Outside the terraces are extremely well appointed with high quality sofas and sun lounges by “Dunas Lifestyle”. There is a large gas BBQ and outdoor seating area under vines for up to 12 people. There is a further seating area and mini boules court at the back of the property.
There is free access to Quinta do Mar’s TENNIS COURT & 6 a- a-side astroturf FOOTBALL PITCH.
Ancao beach, Quinta do Lago lake and sailing Centre plus many popular beach bars are in walking distance of this villa. There are plenty of activities to do including Horse Riding, Karting, Numerous tennis clubs and Golf Courses just a short drive away.

The Area:Quinta do Lago is a very exclusive and much sought after location in the Golden Triangle. The Quinta do Lago resort is a popular destination for those seeking privacy and is also a favourite with many celebrities and sportspeople. In a beautiful setting beside the Ria Formosa bird sanctuary, you have all you need for luxury and sophistication that you would want for your holiday. Build along 6 main roundabouts the main entrance is where you will find Quinta shopping, full of beautiful boutiques, restaurants and some very popular bars. Within the resort, there are lots of fine dining restaurants and golden sandy beaches hosting some fantastic beach bars/restaurants. Enjoy a bike ride along the lake and onto the Ria Formosa salt plains whilst taking in the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Also by the lake, you will find the very popular bar/restaurant ‘The Shack’ where you can spend the afternoon drinking cocktails and/or get on with some exciting Watersports on the lake, then simply relax on the man-made beach by The Shack. Spend a relaxing day on the beach at ‘Praia de Garrao and Prais Ancao’ where you are certain to be among the jet-set soaking up the sun on this fabulous sandy beach!   During the summer enjoy one of the famous ‘Picnics in the Park’ by Koko lane on the Clubhouse green where you are treated to live music and entertainment whilst having a traditional picnic. If you are the sporty type you will be impressed by the recently constructed complex called ‘The Campus’ where you can play numerous sports including tennis, football, swimming, padel or maybe use the Gym. With too many fantastic restaurants to mention do speak to the team who can talk you through their favourites.

There is a supermarket at the entrance to Quinta do Lago (Quinta Shopping), however for ease why not use the English supermarket online delivery service instead!
