Description:Villa Lyla enjoys a truly fantastic location close to the famous Praca, the area of the Vale do Lobo with entertainment, beaches and bars galore. But if you are still hoping for peace and quiet, you will get it here.
The elegant property is set well within its own well-maintained grounds. A large heated pool and lovely terrace surround the villa, with great sunbathing opportunities as well as welcome shaded areas, thanks to the mature trees.
Inside the villa, the décor is tasteful and elegant. A large and light entrance hall leads to two of the large bedrooms, both with ensuite Jacuzzi bathrooms. The lounge area meanwhile, is large and spacious and includes the dining table at one end as well as Satellite TV and surround sound. A series of French Doors throughout this long room really bring the outdoors in and give fantastic views across the pool (9.9 x 4.9 metres) and gardens.
On the first floor, there are two ensuite bedrooms, one with double and twin beds and one with twin beds. Both rooms open out onto the wraparound sun terrace which overlooks the garden area and features some lovely relaxing sofas from which to enjoy the views to the Atlantic Ocean, Ria Formosa Nature Reserve and the fantastic surroundings of Vale do Lobo.
