This well designed four-bedroom villa has been well equipped for all guests and furnished to a very high standard to ensure a comfortable enjoyable holiday.

A spacious entrance hall gives access to a large living room with several seating areas, Satellite, DVD and stereo.  The room has a feature fireplace and patio doors leading out onto the pool area to bring the outside in. A formal dining area leads off a lovely long kitchen, which has been tastefully decorated in white and greys and includes all accessories and appliances needed.

Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom, with a small terrace and its own ensuite bathroom. The rest of the rooms are on the first floor – there are two more doubles and one twin. One of the doubles shares a bathroom with the twin while the other has an ensuite. All rooms are very well designed with clean and crisp lines.

Outside, there is a lovely pool (9 x 5 metres)that has a terrace wrapping around it and a high wall and mature plants and trees for privacy. A lovely covered terrace the width of the property allows for several outdoor seating areas with an outdoor dining area and BBQ, sun loungers and relaxed seating.

The villa includes a games room with a pool table and is close to all amenities, just 2.5 km from the beach and 1km from the main marina.
