Description:Exquisite 4 bedroom villa in the centre of Dunas Douradas is just a few minutes walk to the beach and furnished and equipped to the highest standard.
It has undergone a total refurbishment to create one of the most attractive villas currently available in this sought after area.
The pool and outdoor area is particularly attractive centred around a rectangular pool 10 x 6m which can be heated against a supplement. Attractive rattan garden furniture and many secluded seating areas both covered and uncovered make this the first choice of many. You can enjoy the wonderful evenings under the stars with fairy lighting to enjoy, making for some very magical moments!
Entrance hall leads to state of art modern kitchen in smart red and black, this has a laundry room to the side.  The hallway leads to a beautiful dining area in similar colours to the kitchen and a few steps down is the delightful living room with its soft white leather sofas and colourful cushions.  This leads onto the patio area and an outdoor living room.  There is a guest cloakroom in the hallway nearby.
The master bedroom has a delightful double bed and separate dressing area – decorated in shades of yellow and gold.  Full en suite bathroom and terrace leading to a private outdoor seating area.  Bedroom 2 is in pretty shades of mauve and pink with a romantic double bed. The full en suite bathroom is a delight.  This bedroom leads to the pool area.  Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin beds and are decorated in pretty pastel shades – both have en suite shower rooms and outdoor sitting areas.
The outdoor furniture is a delight in luxurious rattan with settees, arm chairs and plenty of sunloungers both downstairs and on the upper terrace where there is also a table tennis table.  State of the art gas Barbecue and food preparation area with sink for those year round barbecues.

Most villas in the Dunas Douradas resort will have free access to the communal facilities available next to Xenia restaurant, including an enormous outdoor swimming pool, with a children’s small pool for the little ones in the family to enjoy. Here you also have tennis courts, a bar with a huge assortment of games tables for the kids to enjoy whilst you relax with friends over a drink. There is also a lovely coffee shop around the pool where you can enjoy your morning cuppa with a pastry and a well-stocked little shop for some fresh bread or any essential items.
Activities close by are golf, Watersports (sea and lake), horse riding, go-carting crazy golf and Jeep safaris, to name but a few. Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are only a few minutes drive away or a short walk along the beach, so this truly is the perfect holiday destination.
There are plenty of supermarkets within a short drive too, however, for ease why not use the English supermarket online delivery service instead!
