Description:Villa Flora is in a fantastic elevated location, which offers peace and tranquillity just a short distance from all the amenities, bars, beaches and golf courses in and around Albuferia.
This wonderful villa is eye-catching both inside and out, having been finished to a very high standard with colour and character to welcome you.
A grand entrance leads into a ground floor open plan living space that includes a lounge, an interior terrace lit from above, a dining area which opens out onto the terrace and a sunroom which has spectacular views to the sea.
The large and fully fitted kitchen is also within this ground floor layout along with two twin bedrooms, which have ensuites and can be linked if need be. Both of these twin rooms are equipped with trundle beds and can accommodate 4 children in each room)
Upstairs, three double bedrooms and a twin bedroom all feature ensuite bathrooms and on the second floor, a small office offers a large balcony to make the most of the breathtaking views.
The outdoor area of this villa is simply stunning. A sunbathing terrace and pool (10 x 6 metres) enjoy uninterrupted views to the sea thanks to the elevated position of the house, and there is also a long sweeping lawn, a hot tub, an outdoor dining area and a BBQ.
The villa even includes a games room as well as Satellite TV, should you be looking for a quiet evening in. With a range of activities just down the road, you are spoilt for choice with this fantastic holiday villa.

The Location
Albufeira
The Area:A lovely location near to the beautiful beach of Praia da Oura. Also close to Albufeira and Olhos de Agua, with Quarteira and Vilamoura just a 20-minute drive away. Whether you are wanting a quiet peaceful holiday or something a bit more lively Albufeira has the best of both worlds. With the beautifully historic Old Town, there are streets full of tradition and charm with boutique shops, cafes and winding cobbled streets which take you down to the picturesque Fishermans beach (Praia dos Pescadores). The more lively part of Albufeira is known as the strip and here you can dance the night away. Olhos de Agua is a typical Portuguese fishing town still retaining the Portuguese charm and tradition with a fabulous sandy beach and fabulous restaurants.
And of course, there is also Quarteira and Vilamoura, again a short drive away. Quarteira has a wonderful promenade along the seafront stretching nearly 2 kilometres and here you will find some lovely traditional restaurants and shops. Next door is Vilamoura which is famous for its vibrant marina where there are lots of bars and restaurants to chose from.
Activities close by include tennis, crazy golf, golf, Watersports (sea and lake), horse riding, go-carting and Jeep safaris.
There are some local restaurants close to the villa and some local shops. You can find the larger supermarkets close by in Albufeira, however for ease why not use the English supermarket online delivery service instead!
With so many great restaurants just a short drive away for you to try and some lovely, interesting towns/places to visit this is the perfect holiday destination.
