Description:This attractive villa is beautifully designed with a real flowing feeling throughout its open-plan rooms. The living space is centred around the large lounge which has a feature fireplace and a number of seating areas to enjoy the large TV or the garden views. Several glass sliding doors mean the outdoor and indoor are seamless. This room also includes a lovely dining area and leads to the traditional kitchen area. For outdoor cooking and dining, there is a landscaped BBQ and outdoor seating area which is draped in flowers, making it a lovely spot for lunch or dinner.
Two twin bedrooms are on the ground floor, which shares a bathroom. The third bedroom, a large double, is on the first floor, with its own bathroom and a lovely large roof terrace.
The outdoor area is a well-manicured lawn, centred around the pool, which is 5.7 to 3.4 x 9.7 metres and enters via Roman steps. There are several sun loungers as well as a covered feature sofa and a banana tree amongst the lovely plants.
This is a very well designed attractive villa which is perfect for a relaxing family or group holiday, close to all the amenities of this popular resort.

The Area:Quinta do Lago is a very exclusive and much sought after location in the Golden Triangle. The Quinta do Lago resort is a popular destination for those seeking privacy and is also a favourite with many celebrities and sportspeople. In a beautiful setting beside the Ria Formosa bird sanctuary, you have all you need for luxury and sophistication that you would want for your holiday. Build along 6 main roundabouts the main entrance is where you will find Quinta shopping, full of beautiful boutiques, restaurants and some very popular bars. Within the resort, there are lots of fine dining restaurants and golden sandy beaches hosting some fantastic beach bars/restaurants. Enjoy a bike ride along the lake and onto the Ria Formosa salt plains whilst taking in the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Also by the lake, you will find the very popular bar/restaurant ‘The Shack’ where you can spend the afternoon drinking cocktails and/or get on with some exciting Watersports on the lake, then simply relax on the man-made beach by The Shack. Spend a relaxing day on the beach at ‘Praia de Garrao and Prais Ancao’ where you are certain to be among the jet-set soaking up the sun on this fabulous sandy beach!   During the summer enjoy one of the famous ‘Picnics in the Park’ by Koko lane on the Clubhouse green where you are treated to live music and entertainment whilst having a traditional picnic. If you are the sporty type you will be impressed by the recently constructed complex called ‘The Campus’ where you can play numerous sports including tennis, football, swimming, padel or maybe use the Gym. With too many fantastic restaurants to mention do speak to the team who can talk you through their favourites.
With Vale do Lobo and Dunas Douradas close by there is lots to do and see for everyone.
Activities close by include tennis, crazy golf, golf, Watersports (sea and lake), horse riding, go-carting and Jeep safaris.
There is a supermarket at the entrance to Quinta do Lago (Quinta Shopping), however for ease why not use the English supermarket online delivery service instead!
