The perfectly manicured gardens include a very large swimming pool (9 x 5 metres) with sunloungers and a very comfortable outdoor seating area overlooking the pool, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day with something cold.
At the rear of the property, you have another very spacious and private garden, with a football pitch area for the kids to spend their days, when they are not having fun in the pool. There is also a lovely outdoor dining set, with gas BBQ, ideal for lazy lunches or warm al fresco dining.
An open-plan layout means that this villa has a very spacious, light and airy feel throughout. The living room and dining area lead out to the terrace through sliding doors, so the perfect layout for any alfresco dining experiences.
The kitchen features granite worktops and a full range of high specification appliances and gadgets, with a lovely island and stools, making it a very sociable spot.
On the ground floor, there are two twin bedrooms (one can be made into a King size bed). There is one large family bathroom for these two bedrooms to share and a separate WC. All bathrooms in the villa are ultra-modern and brand new in 2019.
On the first floor, you have two more large bedrooms, the master king-size suite with luxury ensuite bathroom and a separate twin, with access to its own shower room. You have two terraces to choose from on the first floor, one small one at the front of the property, which is great for shade and cooling off, and a large one between the two bedrooms, which has stunning views and is a lovely, quiet spot for catching some rays.

The Area:Located in one of the most popular areas in the Algarve for a family holiday, here there are many things to do and see to suit everyone. The main attraction is the vibrant Marina where you can stroll along and take in the magnificent yachts that are moored there, have lunch/dinner in one of the many fabulous restaurants overlooking the marina or a cocktail in one of the many bars. Why not charter a boat for an afternoon or an early evening where you can watch the sunset? This is becoming more and more popular for a special occasion with dinner and drinks also available during the charter whilst exploring the coast and watching the dolphins. Just past the marina, you have one of the best beaches in the region. A gorgeous beach that goes on for miles, Praia da Falesia is the perfect place for rest and relaxation, or, if you prefer a bit of action there are lots of beach/water sports for you to try too. Whether you’re watching the world go by whilst topping up your tan or taking advantage of the activities you’re sure to have a fabulous time. When you’re hungry stroll along the perfect white sands to one of the popular beachside restaurants for dinner and a fun-filled evening. For a quieter evening have a stroll around the old town of Vilamoura and try one of the traditional Portuguese Cataplana dishes in one of the lovely quaint restaurants. Hop on the tourist train which takes you all around Vilamoura and various attractions. There are lots of things to do in Vilamoura for all the family whether its water sports on the beach, beach games, crazy golf, horse riding, surfing, golf, tennis or a trip to ‘Cerro da Vila’ the archaeological ruins where you can experience a ruined Roman villa. Close by you have Quarteira which has a fantastic promenade in front of the beach where there are lots of shops, restaurants and bars.
Vilamoura is the perfect destination for a family who wants to experience lots of variety from their holiday or even just to have a relaxing chilled holiday by the pool.
There are lots of mini markets and some large supermarkets close by, however for ease why not use the English supermarket online delivery service instead!
