The grand doors open into the hallway with direct visual access through the living room and out to sea. From here the fully fitted and equipped designer kitchen opens out to a covered patio with a barbecue, dining & lounge area to relax in style. The living room on this level with another covered patio area with marvellous views both in & out.
The pool is accessed via glass stairs from the entrance floor patio or from any of the three bedrooms on the lower level. The three bedrooms are south facing, have en-suites and open out to the pool patio.
The basement level also has two double bedrooms, both of which benefit from natural light and have ensuite shower rooms. This level also has a games room with table tennis, TV/cinema room, bar, patio and laundry room. The roof terrace has ample sunbathing space and also a large built in sofa. From here you can enjoy the sunset in peace and awe. There is also a jacuzzi on the roof to cool off on hot days or nights.

The Area:Located in the very exclusive and prestigious area of Dunas Douradas, you will find some fabulous restaurants including Xenia and the ever-popular Marias, Julias and Izzys to name a few. With endless golden beaches close by, enjoy a peaceful morning sunbathing, followed by some beach/water sport activities on the beach at Dunas Douradas and lastly dinner in one of the popular beachside restaurants to watch the sunset.
A beautiful family-friendly area which caters for every family member with activities to suit all. From a lazy day at the beach, a round of golf or some fast-paced water sports on the famous Beach – Praia Garrao, Dunas Douradas is a fabulous location.
Most villas in the Dunas Douradas resort will have free access to the communal facilities available next to Xenia restaurant, including an enormous outdoor swimming pool, with a children’s small pool for the little ones in the family to enjoy. Here you also have tennis courts, a bar with a huge assortment of games tables for the kids to enjoy whilst you relax with friends over a drink. There is also a lovely coffee shop around the pool where you can enjoy your morning cuppa with a pastry and a well-stocked little shop for some fresh bread or any essential items.
Activities close by are golf, Watersports (sea and lake), horse riding, go-carting crazy golf and Jeep safaris, to name but a few. Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are only a few minutes drive away or a short walk along the beach, so this truly is the perfect holiday destination.
There are plenty of supermarkets within a short drive too, however, for ease why not use the English supermarket online delivery service instead!
