Villa Amara is an outstanding seven bedroom villa located in one of the most sought-after areas of Quinta do Lago, only minutes away from the golden Atlantic beaches, beautiful Ria Formosa, so many fine restaurants, local shops, supermarkets and some magnificent golf courses. There are facilities and amusements for children in abundance.

The interiors of this grand home can only be described as exquisitely elegant; and the property is decorated in luxuriously pastel tones. There is plenty of space throughout the villa for entertaining family and friends.

The entrance hall of Villa Amara opens out to a large sitting room with a gas fireplace. To the left of this room is located a bright and comfortable dining area which seats 10. There is also a smaller round glass table to cater for a further six people, if and when necessary. The Villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area.  The kitchen leads onto the outside patio where there is a gas Barbeque with dining table and chairs for twelve.   To the right side of the sitting room, there is located a cosy family bar.  This has a warm corner gas fire and is fully equipped for a relaxing after dinner nightcap.

Located on the ground floor is a guest cloakroom.  Further along the corridor there are three spacious ground floor bedrooms with double beds and en-suite shower rooms.  There is also an expansive Mezzanine floor above containing a substantially well furnished leisure lounge area with TV, and a separate bedroom with three single beds, and a bunk bed; adjacent is a substantial bath and shower.  This is comfortable enough to sleep five children.

From all the ground floor areas, with the exception of the Mezzanine, there is direct access to the landscaped garden and pool area.

Located on the first floor is the master bedroom with a walk-in closet, makeup area, an opulent en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace with automatic awnings (ideal for the hot sunny days) overlooking the gardens, swimming pool and golf course beyond.

The lower level consists of a further spacious bedroom with two single beds, and a separate shower room, as well as another large comfortable family sitting room, with a cosy open fireplace and TV here. Also located within this level is a further bedroom with one single bed, showroom and accessed by its own external double doors (ideal for a nanny or staff member).

The exterior areas include a large swimming pool (which can be heated upon request/charges apply) as well as a manicured and private garden with several terraces and shaded areas with sun-loungers, substantial outdoor furniture and automatic awnings. The various terraces are perfect for “al fresco” dining under the covered dining area, complimented by a gas barbecue. The landscaped garden allows one to relax and enjoy this prime and private Quinta do Lago location.
