Casa Quatro Ventos is a stunning 4 bedroom villa, situated in a quiet area of The Algarve, just outside of lovely Almancil. With some fantastic restaurants within a short walk and breathtaking views for miles, this truly is the best place to experience The Real Algarve.  Just a ten-minute drive from the top golf courses of the Central Algarve (Quinta do Lago, Vale de Lobo, Vilamoura) and the endless stunning sandy beaches.

This luxury villa has been designed and decorated to a very high standard throughout.

On the ground floor, you have wonderful open plan living, with a family kitchen, fully equipped with American fridge, microwave, oven/grill, juicer, coffee peculator, and dishwasher with washing machine and dryer. There is a sociable layout, with a breakfast bar and also a small dining area in the kitchen, leading to the living room, with a flat-screen TV and music system.

The large comfortable lounge leading off from the kitchen and dining area enjoys a wood-burning stove for those winter months. The lounge has a flat-screen TV and DVD player and there is wifi throughout.

The garden opens up from the lounge with a luxurious and very comfortable seating area to while away those lovely Algarve evenings with friends and family, whilst enjoying the sound of the garden water feature. You will also find outside dining for up to 8 people. The seating area overlooks the very large and inviting swimming pool (10 x 4.5 metres), with sunloungers for 8 people. You have a built-in BBQ  so everything a family might need to keep everyone entertained during the holiday.

On this floor, you also have one twin bedroom with ensuite shower room. This room has patio doors that open up to the extensive patio area, overlooking the swimming pool.

On the first floor, you have three further bedrooms. The master suite with ensuite and two further twin rooms, both ensuite. These rooms lead out to the balcony, where you can enjoy the stunning countryside views for miles around.

This villa is not suitable for young children, however, it really does have it all, the perfect getaway for those requiring a property in a private location, within easy reach of everything the Algarve has to offer.
