On the first floor level is located the spacious master suite and ensuite bathroom with views to the beautifully landscaped gardens and golf course. Also located on the first floor is another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
The spacious lower level comprises a cinema room, a games area and the garage. On this level, you will also find a beautiful bedroom benefitting from natural daylight with ensuite bathroom.
The exterior of Villa Sunset features a private swimming pool (approx. 13 x 6.5 metres) with beautiful Medusa tiling design, which can be heated at an extra charge as well as a beautifully manicured garden with several terraces and shaded areas. The various terraces are perfect for “al fresco” dining with a covered gas BBQ area.
Villa Sunset enjoys fantastic views over the first fairway of the Vila Sol golf course that is part of the Algarve’s most sought after golf courses.
There is a new 5 star Vila Sol Hotel that has bars and restaurants available to use, and in the retail area are shops and pubs as well as a convenient supermarket. Â Vila Sol is only a 5-minute drive to the Marina, shopping area, bars, restaurants and amenities.
The beaches are about a 10 minutes drive and a little further on between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago is the Vila Sol Beach Club at Praia do Ancao, with its long stretch of soft golden sand, beachfront restaurants serving fresh seafood, local specialities and excellent wine. Â The beach offers plenty of water sport activities and tuition.

The Area:A hugely popular destination, Vilasol is a fabulous development just by Vilamoura. With some fabulous restaurants (one also equipped with a children’s area too), bars and bakeries within the development this is ideal for many people. Just outside the development, you have lots of other fabulous restaurants, a supermarket and Aquashow water park within walking distance. Just a 5 minute drive away is the vibrant marina or the more relaxed Old town and also Quarteira. Visit the vibrant Vilamoura Marina where you can stroll along and take in the magnificent yachts that are moored there, have lunch/dinner in one of the many fabulous restaurants overlooking the marina or a cocktail in one of the many bars. Why not charter a boat for an afternoon or an early evening where you can watch the sunset? This is becoming more and more popular for a special occasion with dinner and drinks also available during the charter whilst exploring the coast and watching the dolphins. Just past the marina, you have one of the best beaches in the region. A gorgeous beach that goes on for miles, Praia da Falesia is the perfect place for rest and relaxation, or, if you prefer a bit of action there are lots of beach/water sports for you to try too. Whether you’re watching the world go by whilst topping up your tan or taking advantage of the activities you’re sure to have a fabulous time. When you’re hungry stroll along the perfect white sands to one of the popular beachside restaurants for dinner and a fun-filled evening. For a quieter evening have a stroll around the old town of Vilamoura and try one of the traditional Portuguese Cataplana dishes in one of the lovely quaint restaurants. Hop on the tourist train which takes you all around Vilamoura and various attractions. There are lots of things to do in Vilamoura for all the family whether its water sports on the beach, beach games, crazy golf, horse riding, surfing, golf, tennis or a trip to ‘Cerro da Vila’ the archaeological ruins where you can experience a ruined Roman villa. Close by you have Quarteira which has a fantastic promenade in front of the beach where there are lots of shops, restaurants and bars.
Vilamoura is the perfect destination for a family who wants to experience lots of variety from their holiday or even just to have a relaxing chilled holiday by the pool.
There are lots of mini markets and some large supermarkets close by, however for ease why not use the English supermarket online delivery service instead!
