Casa Milly is a beautiful and very spacious four bedroom villa, set on a large plot, located in a quiet area of the exclusive Quinta do Lago resort and walking distance from the Quinta do Lago lake, with a wide range of water sports and two restaurants.

All areas from this tastefully decorated property are very spacious and the floor in cream marble throughout which gives it a fresh feeling.

Constructed on three floors, on the ground floor is the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the laundry, one bedroom and a cloakroom. On the lower floor there are two further bedrooms. On the first floor there is a spacious master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an American style fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and has a breakfast area.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The dining area has a glass table and is ideal for eight persons. From here you can also access the living area with a generous area divided in the seating area with three sofas and TV area with a fireplace, a sofa and two individual sofas, a large flat-screen TV and a DVD player. Both the living and dining space have French windows that lead to a covered terrace and pool terrace.

The accommodation comprises four ensuite bedrooms. On the lower floor, there is a twin bedroom with twin beds together, a flat-screen TV and a bathroom and the other bedroom is a double with a shower room. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom (two twin beds together), with sliding windows to the pool terrace, a flat-screen TV, with an adjacent dressing room and the ensuite facilities comprise both a bath and separate shower. On the first floor is the double master bedroom equipped with a flat-screen TV, with a private terrace, a separate dressing area and a contemporary ensuite bathroom with two basins.

The exterior is even more impressive with a massive plot mostly laid to lawn, colourful shrubs, exotic plants and palm trees, pine trees and at the same time offering total privacy. The rectangular swimming pool measures approximately 11 m x 5 m and pool heating is available upon request.
Also on the outside common area you will be able to find BBQ facilities with a charcoal barbecue and a sink and also a table for al fresco meals.

Casa Milly is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning system is available upon request.

The cleaning service is daily from Monday to Friday, except on bank holidays.
