Description:This new villa has been finished to a lovely standard and offers fantastic accommodation for up to eight people on the popular resort of Vila Sol, just outside of Vilamoura.
Entrance gates lead into the front parking area off the road while the rear of the property delights thanks to its expansive gardens, large private pool and fantastic views over the 24th hole of the neighbouring golf course.
The interior of the villa exudes calm, thanks to its contemporary and stylish décor. A fully fitted kitchen with area offers top-spec appliances and leads out to the outdoor dining area, while a formal dining area runs straight out to the same terrace, this time overlooking the outdoor seating area. The open plan feel of the ground floor continues as the dining area leads directly into the comfortable lounge area, complete with Satellite TV and fireplace.
The four twin bedrooms all feature ensuite bathrooms and have been decorated in the same calming, colour coordinated way. All bathrooms feature underfloor heating.
Outside, the sun terrace with dining area overlooks the large pool (10 x 5 metres) and BBQ area, ideal for al fresco lunches and evening meals. The lawns are very well maintained and offer a real feeling of space.
This is a great holiday villa for golf lovers and families alike, thanks to its well thought out design and proximity to the popular resort of Vilamoura and all the sports and activities it has to offer.

Vilamoura
The Area:A hugely popular destination, Vilasol is a fabulous development just by Vilamoura. With some fabulous restaurants (one also equipped with a children’s area too), bars and bakeries within the development this is ideal for many people. Just outside the development, you have lots of other fabulous restaurants, a supermarket and Aquashow water park within walking distance. Just a 5 minute drive away is the vibrant marina or the more relaxed Old town and also Quarteira. Visit the vibrant Vilamoura Marina where you can stroll along and take in the magnificent yachts that are moored there, have lunch/dinner in one of the many fabulous restaurants overlooking the marina or a cocktail in one of the many bars. Why not charter a boat for an afternoon or an early evening where you can watch the sunset? This is becoming more and more popular for a special occasion with dinner and drinks also available during the charter whilst exploring the coast and watching the dolphins. Just past the marina, you have one of the best beaches in the region. A gorgeous beach that goes on for miles, Praia da Falesia is the perfect place for rest and relaxation, or, if you prefer a bit of action there are lots of beach/water sports for you to try too. Whether you’re watching the world go by whilst topping up your tan or taking advantage of the activities you’re sure to have a fabulous time. When you’re hungry stroll along the perfect white sands to one of the popular beachside restaurants for dinner and a fun-filled evening. For a quieter evening have a stroll around the old town of Vilamoura and try one of the traditional Portuguese Cataplana dishes in one of the lovely quaint restaurants. Hop on the tourist train which takes you all around Vilamoura and various attractions. There are lots of things to do in Vilamoura for all the family whether its water sports on the beach, beach games, crazy golf, horse riding, surfing, golf, tennis or a trip to ‘Cerro da Vila’ the archaeological ruins where you can experience a ruined Roman villa. Close by you have Quarteira which has a fantastic promenade in front of the beach where there are lots of shops, restaurants and bars.
Vilamoura is the perfect destination for a family who wants to experience lots of variety from their holiday or even just to have a relaxing chilled holiday by the pool.
There are lots of mini markets and some large supermarkets close by, however for ease why not use the English supermarket online delivery service instead!
With so many great restaurants just a short drive away for you to try and some lovely, interesting towns/places to visit this is the perfect holiday destination.
