Villa Averil is a charming 4 bedroom property that can accommodate up to 10 guests, located in the quiet Fonte Algarve residential resort, near the world famous resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo in the Algarve’s Golden Triangle.

The property is split into 3 levels. On the ground floor there is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a bright and comfortable living room and 1 ensuite bedroom with large doors leading to the patio area.  This bedroom can be prepared as a double or a twin.

On the first floor there are a further 2 bedrooms with private balconies. One is the master suite which features a double bed, walk-in closet, TV and a bathroom with shower. The other bedroom has a bunk bed and ensuite bathroom with bath, ideal for children and teens.

On the lower ground floor you can find a further ensuite bedroom which can be prepared as a double or a twin, a cinema room and a utility room.

Outside, a Mediterranean private garden surrounds a good size swimming pool (size 12×6 – heated upon request at an extra fee) and features great areas providing both sun and shade and offers plenty of room for children to run around and play.. There is also a gas and a charcoal BBQ and dining area to enjoy marvelous “al-fresco” meals.

All bedrooms and living room have AC.
