Description:A lovely 3 bedroom villa centrally located and walking distance to the Praça and beach of Vale do Lobo.
The entrance door opens to the hallway with the kitchen on the right-hand side and further ahead you have the laundry room and a door opening to the garden.
On the ground floor, there is a lounge with TV and dining room. This room opens to a covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool which is fenced making it safer for small children. The terrace has a dining area, a BBQ and a seating area.
On the right-hand side of the hallway there is the children’s bedroom with twin beds and a second bedroom with a double bed. These 2 bedroom share a bathroom.
Also on the ground floor is the master bedroom with double bed and with en-suite bathroom with shower.
