The entrance hall leads straight into the exquisitely decorated living and dining rooms. The contemporary living room includes a satellite/cable TV, DVD player and Sonos sound system. There’s also a small dining table in front of the sliding double doors, leading out onto the landscaped gardens. Adjacent to the lounge is the modern dining room, with wonderful double doors leading out onto a patio with additional outdoor dining space.

Overlooking the dining room guests will find the high-spec kitchen, finished to an exceptionally high standard. This kitchen features all the essential facilities guests will require throughout their holiday, including a gas hob and electric oven. There’s also a separate laundry room leading off from the kitchen.

Three of the four bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. Bedroom 2 oozes style and class with its modern decor, both in the bedroom itself and its ensuite. There are double doors that lead out to a sun-drenched patio. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and also features doors opening onto the front terrace. The fourth bedroom is to the right of the entrance hall, it features twin beds and a wonderful ensuite shower room. All bedrooms have a television and wifi.

The impressive master suite is located on the first floor, complete with a large ensuite shower room which has been tastefully decorated. This bright room comes with its very own balcony with access to the upper roof terrace, ideal for soaking up the Algarve sunshine.

Moving outside, this property boasts a delightful pool (7 x 3 metres)surrounded by lovely tropical gardens. There are three seating areas dotted around the exterior of Villa Luca, including a large dining table next to the built-in BBQ for an outside dining experience.
