The ground floor has a large fully fitted kitchen with high-spec facilities. The modern breakfast area and dining table provide the perfect setting to make every guest feel at home. Double patio doors then lead out onto a covered terrace with a built-in BBQ, ideal for a delicious “al fresco” dining experience. In the tastefully furnished living room/reading lounge next to the kitchen, there is a satellite TV and contemporary seating area to complete the room, fully furnished to a high standard. The high ceilings and large arched windows add to the light and airy feel of the space.
Located on the first floor is the bright master double bedroom, featuring patio doors that open onto the balcony with stunning panoramic views. Adding to the guest’s comfort are the fitted wardrobes and large ensuite bathroom with power jet shower. Also located on the first floor are the other guest suites. Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature twin beds and fitted wardrobes along with their ensuite bathrooms, with bedroom 2 also having a power jet shower and access to a beautiful balcony. Moving onto Bedroom 4, guests will find twin beds along with a modern ensuite shower room.
Outside this exquisite villa is a wonderful secluded pool (9 x 5 metres), the perfect retreat for relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. Though the area is peaceful, there are a host of amenities including the beach, shops and bars close by in Quinta do Lago, only a ten minute walk from this villa. The Area:Valverde is a very exclusive and private development located off the 1st roundabout in Quinta do Lago, within the Golden Triangle. With some fabulous restaurants and tennis courts in the development and just a short stroll to Quinta Shopping, this is a great location where you can get away from it all but just a stone’s throw away from the action. The Quinta do Lago resort is a popular destination for those seeking privacy and is also a favourite with many celebrities and sportspeople. In a beautiful setting beside the Ria Formosa bird sanctuary, you have all you need for luxury and sophistication that you would want for your holiday. Build along 6 main roundabouts the main entrance is where you will find Quinta shopping, full of beautiful boutiques, restaurants and some very popular bars. Within the resort, there are lots of fine dining restaurants and golden sandy beaches hosting some fantastic beach bars/restaurants. Enjoy a bike ride along the lake and onto the Ria Formosa salt plains whilst taking in the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Also by the lake, you will find the very popular bar/restaurant ‘The Shack’ where you can spend the afternoon drinking cocktails and/or get on with some exciting Watersports on the lake, then simply relax on the man-made beach by The Shack. Spend a relaxing day on the beach at ‘Praia de Garrao and Prais Ancao’ where you are certain to be among the jet-set soaking up the sun on this fabulous sandy beach! During the summer enjoy one of the famous ‘Picnics in the Park’ by Koko lane on the Clubhouse green where you are treated to live music and entertainment whilst having a traditional picnic. If you are the sporty type you will be impressed by the recently constructed complex called ‘The Campus’ where you can play numerous sports including tennis, football, swimming, padel or maybe use the Gym. With Vale do Lobo and Dunas Douradas close by there is lots to do and see for everyone.
Activities close by include tennis, crazy golf, golf, Watersports (sea and lake), horse riding, go-carting and Jeep safaris.
There is a supermarket at the entrance to Quinta do Lago (Quinta Shopping), however for ease why not use the English supermarket online delivery service instead!
